No Refund After Annual Membership Payment
MCQ-Master sells annual digital-access memberships for exam preparation. Annual membership payments are final and non-refundable once payment is successful and access is activated.
Please review the selected exam group, final price, duration, inclusions, exclusions, and this refund policy before completing payment.
Paid Digital Products
- No refund is provided for change of mind, wrong exam-group selection, non-usage, partial usage, exam delay, exam cancellation, or dissatisfaction after annual membership access is activated.
- No hidden charges should be added after a user confirms payment. Taxes, platform fees, and total payable amount must be visible before checkout.
- If a payment succeeds but access is not delivered, users should contact support with transaction details for access activation support.
- Duplicate payments, failed access after successful payment, or incorrect charges may be reviewed and corrected where verified. This does not change the no-refund rule for a valid annual membership purchase.
Cancellation
- Free accounts may be discontinued by the user by requesting account deletion.
- Annual exam-group access is a fixed-duration digital plan and does not renew automatically unless a paid plan expressly states otherwise before purchase.
- Cancelling or deleting an account after purchase does not create a refund for an already activated annual membership.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically erase study data; users may separately request data deletion.
Payment Issue Process
- Email support@mcqmaster.com with registered email, order ID, payment gateway reference, product name, purchase date, and payment issue details.
- Payment issues should be acknowledged within a reasonable support period and resolved after payment-gateway verification.
- Any verified duplicate-charge reversal or correction should be returned to the original payment method, subject to bank and gateway timelines.
